A Vietnamese enthusiast creates a stunning replica of the Pagani Huayra with Daewoo parts!

Thought you'd seen it all when it came to supercar replicas? Think again ! A Vietnamese YouTuber has just achieved the feat of building a near-perfect copy of the Pagani Huayra, using Daewoo Espero parts and basic materials. A technical and artistic feat that commands respect.

A custom chassis and fiberglass bodywork

The manufacturing process of this Pagani Huayra replica is long and meticulous. It all starts with the assembly of a steel chassis, taking the general shapes of the Italian supercar. Clay is then applied to the entire exterior surface, before being covered with glue and fiberglass. Once dry, the fiber parts can be demolded, giving rise to the body panels.

An entirely handmade interior

The interior of this fake Pagani is also entirely made by hand, from fiberglass. Each element, from the dashboard to the transmission tunnel to the seats, was first sculpted from clay before being molded. Even the steering wheel is made of several pieces of steel curved and welded together to form a perfect circle.

Mechanical parts borrowed from a Daewoo Espero

If the bodywork and interior are original creations, the underside of this Huayra replica uses more conventional elements. The engine and certain mechanical components, such as the steering, actually come from a Daewoo Espero, a Korean sedan from the 90s. A surprising choice, but one that allows this crazy project to be brought to life at a lower cost.

A careful finish for a stunning result

Once construction was complete, the fake Pagani was painted a striking shade of red, while the chassis and other elements were treated to gloss black. The attention paid to details and proportions is such that it is difficult to distinguish this replica from the original at first glance. Only the absence of the original AMG twin-turbo V12 under the rear hatch could betray the deception.

With this โ€œhomemadeโ€ Pagani Huayra, this Vietnamese enthusiast proves that with creativity, perseverance and undeniable talent, it is possible to bring your wildest dreams to life. A great lesson in passion and resourcefulness, which should inspire more than one!
