And there's something new for the whole range. Discover the improvements made to the most radical and sporty version of Audi's electric supercar, which becomes the most powerful production model in the history of the four-ring brand.
The Audi RS e-tron GT Performance, unrivaled power
The Audi RS e-tron GT, Audi's electric spearhead launched in 2021, benefits from a significant update with the introduction of the Audi RS e-tron GT Performance, its most radical and sporty version . With a combined power of 925 hp delivered by its two engines (one on each axle), this model becomes the most powerful production Audi in history. It is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reaching a maximum speed limited to 250 km/h.
A restructured range and increased performance
Below this ultimate version, we find the two variants already known, although the basic version changes name:
Despite the power increase, Audi claims the rear engine is around 10kg lighter. In addition, all versions are equipped with high-performance brakes: the S uses steel discs, while the two higher versions feature tungsten carbide coated discs.
A lighter, more efficient battery
The battery has also been reduced by 9 kg to 625 kg, while increasing its storage capacity to 105 kWh gross and 97 kWh net. In addition, the maximum charging power has been increased to 320 kW, an increase of 50 kW. Thus, the battery can recharge from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes, adding 280 km of range in just 10 minutes. AC charging is also possible with a power of up to 22 kW.
A high-tech chassis for unrivaled comfort and dynamism
Dynamically, the Audi RS e-tron GT Performance is equipped with a host of technologies. All versions feature as standard a new air suspension (which can be raised by 55 to 77 mm) and the Audi drive select dynamic driving system, which offers three profiles (efficiency, comfort and Dynamic) and two customizable ones. The Performance version adds an additional performance mode.
As an option, it is possible to order the four-wheel steering system, combined with a more direct reduction on the front axle than that of its predecessor.
Already available to order in Spain
Orders for the renovated model are already open in Spain. The Audi S e-tron GT is available from 130,280 euros, the Audi RS e-tron GT from 153,830 euros and the Audi RS e-tron GT Performance from 166,900 euros.
According to Gernot Döllner, CEO of Audi, “with the e-tron GT models we are setting new performance standards. Increased charging power and four-wheel electric traction ensure greater ability to travel long distances and significantly higher performance. The newly developed chassis offers an unprecedented range between comfort and dynamism.”
The Audi RS e-tron GT Performance pushes the limits of electric performance and establishes itself as the new benchmark for zero-emission supercars, combining power, efficiency and cutting-edge technologies.
