Make friends with Venom in the Redemption DLC for Marvel’s Midnight Sons

Marvel’s Midnight Suns may not have lived up to 2K Games’ expectations, but it’s still a great strategy title that’s worth a go. Fortunately, you have no excuse not to if you are one PS Plus Premium Client, currently available as a two-hour trial. And there’s never been a better time to join the team, as Eddie Brock’s anticipated symbiote expansion arrives on February 23rd, bringing Venom to the party:

“In Redemption, Venom – a lethal mix of Eddie Brock and an alien symbiote – joins the Midnight Suns as a recruitable hero to right the wrongs he’s done under Lilith’s demonic influence, gaining new abilities and a smorgasbord of villains. Hunger” reads the press release. “Redemption includes three new story missions that continue from the first DLC, which introduced the threat of vampires to New York City. Players will want to build Venom’s unique research project Whisper Web, which expands strategic options for intel sources.

In addition to new campaign missions and abbey upgrades, you’ll also gain access to new skins and outfits for the character, so there’s plenty to discover. If you have purchased the Legendary Edition or Season Pass, you will gain access to this DLC at no additional cost. It’s also available standalone, though, assuming you’re only interested in the Venom content.
