Update: Well, that’s a little weird. Speaking in A Reddit AMA Yesterday, Peter Parker voice actor Yuri Lowenthal definitively hinted that his voice and motion capture work on Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is complete. Here are the comments:

Original article: The game is due to end in September, so it can’t be one huge Surprise, but it looks like the motion capture work on Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is done — at least from Peter Parker’s Yuri Lowenthal, anyway. Even though we’ve only seen a trailer, it’s probably safe to assume that Insomniac Games is close to finishing its superhero release behind the scenes. Pretty much everyone is expecting a huge PlayStation showcase this summer with a focus on Spider-Man, and this is likely where we’ll learn a lot about the anticipated sandbox game.
Lowenthal, understandably, didn’t share any more details in the Reddit AMA above, but he did insist that he “can’t wait” for fans to play it. Back in January, he hinted that he had “a little bit of work” left to do on the title, but it looks like that’s all wrapped up now, suggesting the release is on track for a September launch. . We can’t wait!
