Massive GhostWire: Tokyo Update PS Plus drops after extra launch

A massive update for Ghostwire: Tokyo has been announced, bringing a bunch of new content to the somewhat overlooked action game.

Set to arrive on April 12, the ‘Spider’s Thread’ patch will add an all-new Roguelike game mode, while the main campaign will feature expanded cutscenes, fresh environments, new missions, and even new combat skills. Sounds rather strong, doesn’t it?

Perhaps best of all, GhostWire: Tokyo will soon be available through it PS Plus Extra. The title is coming to the subscription service as part of this month’s update, which should go live next week on March 21.

It’s probably a bit of a shame that customers will have to wait a few weeks for the big content patch to drop, but you can always familiarize yourself with the game until then.
