It looks like the PSP version of Star Wars Battlefront II will be adapted for PS5 and PS4 and will be given PS Plus Premium Members in the future — potentially as soon as this month’s update. Appeared on the classic shooter PS Store As a classic title; You can See the list here. The game has been updated with “up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters”.

While it was released on PS2, it looks like Sony has opted to bring the PSP version to modern consoles. “This title has been ported from the PSP version to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles and offers new added features,” it says. “As a result, there may be times where the title plays differently than the PSP version, or where certain features may cause the title to not function properly.”

Sony is set to announce the list of PS Plus Premium games – as well PS Plus Extra title – in a few weeks, so it’s likely that Star Wars Battlefront II will be part of it. If not, it joins Siphon Filter 3, Dino Crisis, Ridge Racer 2, Resistance Retribution, and Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny in the waiting wings. All of them have been leaked either through age ratings or Sony’s early posts.
