Resident Evil 4 Remake sold 4 million in just two weeks
To absolutely no one’s surprise, it looks like Capcom has another hit on its hands. As reported earlier in the week, the Japanese publisher is sitting pretty right now, with its stock value rising and its games selling well in the long run.
Released just two weeks ago today, Resident Evil 4 (the remake, just to be clear) has surpassed 4 million sales worldwide, adding another win to Capcom’s long list of recent success stories. is Revival was always going to be a blockbuster as long as the developer got it right, and that clearly has been the case. Capcom noted in its press release: “Positive reception among game players leads to healthy sales growth.” In other words, a good game sells well.
Resident Evil 4 is already full of content thanks to the implementation of New Game Plus and all of its little secrets, but with the release of a dedicated Mercenary mode as free DLC today, Capcom has something to keep players busy for a while. expects
