Rumor: Massive GTA 6 leak posts 90 videos online

A plethora of footage claiming to be Grand Theft Auto VI’s early, work-in-progress clips have been put online overnight. About 90 videos were linked on GTA Forums By a poster named teapotuberhacker, and the videos seem pretty much real. With the game still so far along, it’s important to remember that the footage provides examples of something early in development. Robbing a diner, the player is given a set amount of time before the police arrive to steal money from the cash register and take hostages. Once the police arrive, a female character and male accomplice steal one of their cars and are told to get lost in order to complete the objective.

Those looking at the footage say they’ve seen references to GTA: Vice City, supporting rumors from earlier this year claiming GTA 6 would be set in Miami. The leak also confirms suggestions that a female character will appear alongside other playable characters in a story influenced by bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde.

The internet is still combing through the footage, so it’s possible that more key details will leak out in the coming hours and days. While this is very much a work in progress, what do you make of this look at GTA 6? Found any interesting details? Let us know in the comments below.
