Satisfy Your Cravings for The Simpsons Hit and Run Remake with the Soundtrack on Spotify

For some reason, Disney has suddenly seen fit to release a whole bunch the simpsons Music on streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music. To the surprise of loyal fans, it includes the entire soundtrack of the groin-grabbingly good PS2 adventure, The Simpsons: Hit & Run.

The beloved open world platformer released back in 2003, features a handful of sandboxes that let you explore different areas of Springfield. All of these feature their own music, of course, and as the story progresses, the score adapts to what’s happening. For example, the game’s Halloween stretch comes to mind. Additionally, different music will play depending on which character you are using.

The result is a ton of music; The OST on Spotify is split into seven “discs”, totaling just over two hours. It is great that it is available in such a comprehensive way.

Lately, there have been rumblings about a remake of the cult classic. Fans have wanted this for a long time, and one of the original developers even expressed his interest in the project. While it hasn’t been revealed whether it’s in active development or not, at least fans can listen to the game’s soundtrack whenever they want.
