Sony seems to have scrapped PS Plus game expiration dates
Sony seems to have changed it PS Plus service, making it no longer possible to see the exact date a game was removed from the service. Last chance to play is still part of the home page — seen by scrolling down a bit on PS5 — but clicking on games no longer shows an expiration date. This was a feature we highlighted when membership was revamped back in June, though it now appears to be nowhere near as useful.
Right now, part of the last chance to play Raze Infinite on PS4. However, if you click where you can download the game, there is no expiration date given. It’s also worth noting that Sony doesn’t detail upcoming expiration dates in its monthly PlayStation blog posts. While PS Plus essential Games are always available for about a month, the length of time that a part of PS Plus Extra or PS Plus Premium is completely up in the air. Once they drop the membership you lose access to those titles at two more expensive tiers; It’s not like PS Plus Essential where you can continue playing.
Another example is GTA: Vice City Definitive Edition. is represented by Twitter account PS PlayThe Japanese PS blog Said Remaster will leave service on February 20, 2023. But if you take a look at the game’s listing on the PS5 console, that expiration date is nowhere to be seen.

So, until Sony starts highlighting the expiration dates in PS blog posts — and unless it’s just a mistake the platform holder gets around to fixing — then there’s no way to tell. How long do games last on PS Plus? for If there’s a game you’ve been dying to play but you’re afraid it might drop the service, it might be better to get it sooner rather than later.
