Sony’s PS Plus subscriber base is once again on the rise

Sony got a profit of 10 lakhs PS Plus From January to the end of March 2023, the number of subscribers has increased to 47.4 million. After experiencing a small decline earlier in the year, the increase returns the number of paying accounts to what appears to be the service’s usual peak: just under 50 million subscribers. It never went above 48 million members, recorded in the fiscal 2021 quarter.

Interestingly, this actually coincided with a loss of 4 million monthly active users over the same period, down to 108 million. Sony will likely look on the bright side, though: fewer subscribers but more of them paying for subscriptions PS Plus essential, PS Plus Extraor PS Plus Premium. The two more expensive tiers later have been on a roll with long monthly listings of quality PS5, PS4 game editions, which may have affected the growth in users.
