Original article (July 23, 2022): Stray is quietly one of the hottest games of the year, with plenty of excitement surrounding this futuristic feline adventure. People like the idea of playing as a cute little cat creeps out, and a mysterious cyberpunk dystopia to explore doesn’t hurt either. While the digital release arrived on July 19 – and PS Plus was added an extra day – an alternate option will be available soon.

Also, on iam8bit, you can pick up a fancy version of Annapurna Interactive’s Cat-Em-Up that includes a handful of extras. The game disc comes in a regular box but features a holographic, er, graphic with a card sleeve. Then there’s a large poster you can put on your wall, six art cards, and a “fuzzy pettable chenille patch.”

You can get this version for PS5 or PS4, and it will set you back $44.99. Shipment is planned for Q4 2022, so if you can wait a few extra months, you’ll get a great boxed copy. In addition, the soundtrack will be available on vinyl, and it is Also for pre-order.
