We may be months into 2022, but we’re certainly not done with exciting new releases on the PlayStation 5 and PS4. If you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one to something new, you’ve come to the right place.

On October 21, Warner Bros. launched Gotham Knights, an open-world action RPG set in “the most dynamic and interactive Gotham City yet.”

You can play either in solo-play or with another hero as you patrol Gotham’s five different boroughs and engage in criminal activity wherever you find it. Pre-orders are live ahead of launch:

The next Call of Duty to fire on a PlayStation near you is Modern Warfare 2, the sequel to 2019’s Modern Warfare.

The game features a revamped, advanced AI system, enhanced rendering and photogrammetry techniques, a new gunsmith system that allows for greater customization, and much more, including new weapons, vehicles, and equipment to combat your deadly enemies. is said to be proud of Infinity Ward calls it “the most advanced Call of Duty in history,” which is quite a statement.

On November 8, Sega’s famous blue blur takes off in a new direction in Sonic Frontiers.

Promising “high-speed, open-zone platforming freedom”, Frontiers sees Sonic stranded on an ancient island along five islands and defeating powerful enemies. Initial reaction to the game was tepid to say the least, but recent hands-on impressions have been significantly more positive, suggesting it might be worth checking out after all.

God of War Ragnarok is now so close that we can almost swing our much-satisfied ax at it, and the boy Are we excited?

The sequel to 2018’s epic God of War, Ragnarok continues the journey of Kratos and Atreus as they travel through each of the nine realms, hoping to find answers as the Asgardian forces prepare for a predicted battle that will end the world. will give Expect stunning landscapes, epic battles and more great storytelling when it arrives on November 9.
