New Delhi: OTT platform Prime Video has released a new trailer for its upcoming spy drama ‘Citadel’ which is full of action. The premiere of this global series will take place from April 28, with new episodes airing every Friday until May 26. The series stars Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas alongside Stanley Tucci and Leslie Manville. “Citadel” will be available in more than 240 countries around the world.
It is shown in the series that “Citadel”, which is an independent global spy agency responsible for everyone’s safety and security, has been destroyed by the people of Manticore, a powerful syndicate. With the end of “Citadel,” the memories of elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Singh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) were also erased. They escape and hide ever since and start a new life with a new identity. They ignore their past.
Mason is found by his former Citadel partner, Bernard Orlick (STANLEY TUCEY), who needs his help to stop Manticore from establishing a New World Order. Mason searches for his old friend, Nadia, and the two detectives embark on a mission that takes them across the world, while battling dangerous situations, in an attempt to stop the Manticore. Priyanka Chopra is seen doing some awesome action in the trailer. His impeccable style wins people’s hearts.
