Support number on hold for 40 minutes
Among these, the bus which was then sent to Gorakhpur, 27 female passengers, after traveling 10 km, got in the way. When questioned, the driver replied that the oil had run out. Veena Aggarwal, one of the 27 women, said we were an 8 year old child and 27 women went to Chitrakoot. Our flight was booked from Indigo at 1.40pm. I had to fly from Prayagraj to Gorakhpur. We were told shortly before the trip that the 72 seater Indigo flight did not arrive from Dehradun due to a technical failure.
55 passengers had booked to go to Gorakhpur
Veena Aggarwal said a total of 55 passengers took tickets from Prayagraj to go to Gorkhur. We were also 27 passengers among the 55 passengers. Of these, 8 passengers had their tickets canceled while 20 passengers were sent by taxi.
The bus for 27 passengers stopped after 10 km
27 female passengers were sent to Gorakhpur by bus number UP65BT3880. The bus had traveled about 10 km past Prayagraj on the highway and suddenly got up. After investigation, it was found that there was no more oil. Due to its poor air conditioning, the passengers became helpless from the heat.

From this bus, 27 passengers were sent from Prayagraj to Gorakhpur. This bus stopped after 10 km.
Indigo manager didn’t pick up the phone
Veena Aggarwal said that when we tried to contact IndiGo’s helpline number 7428081281, there was no response. After much effort, I picked up the phone and put it on hold for 40 minutes. Later only said sorry. The women were crying without water or food. Later, the women dialed 112 and called the police. Later, somehow arranging oil, the police somehow brought the bus back to a hotel in Prayagraj. Now tomorrow they will be sent to Gorakhpur by another flight.
IndiGo officials did not respond to the tweet.
Rohit Aggarwal, husband of passenger Veena Agarwal, told Dainik Bhaskar that neither airport authorities nor Indigo officials responded even after the flight was canceled and then the bus broke down. Keep calling IndiGo customer service but no response. The women were loaded onto the bus without security or female personnel. I called customer service and was put on hold for 40 minutes. No answer given. Phone disconnected. Who is responsible? Indigo officials kept saying we had nothing in our hands. Whatever happens now, the airport authority will take care of it.
