His tweet included a photo of several adults. Some of them wear military uniforms, who are seen tending to children sitting on a tarp in the middle of dense forests. He is a member of the military rescue team. According to the AFP report, the accident happened while the Cessna 206 plane was en route to San José del Guavia, a city in Araracuara province and Guaviare in Amazonas province. The pilot of the plane had warned of May 1st. It is believed that there was a fault in the engine of the plane, due to which it crashed.

Out of four children, one is 13 years old, one is 9 years old and one is 4 years old. The most surprising thing is that a rescued child is only 12 months old. The children’s grandfather, Fidencio Valencia, said “yes, the children have been found, but I need a flight or a helicopter to pick them up immediately.” The bodies of three adults who were with him – his mother, the pilot and a relative – were all found at the crash site by the military.
