New York. A jury in Manhattan, New York, has convicted two real estate companies of former US President Donald Trump’s Trump Organization on multiple charges of felony tax evasion and falsifying business records in a 15-year scheme aimed at defrauding the authorities. The move came 3 weeks after Trump was announced to be reinstated in the presidential fray. Trump Corp and Trump Payroll Corp were found guilty of all charges against them.

However, Trump’s family was not blamed for this. Donald Trump and his family have not been charged in the case, but prosecutors named former President Trump during the trial in connection with benefits given to certain executives at company expense, including apartments, cars and personal expenses. The Trump Organization could face a fine of up to $1.61 million when it is sentenced in mid-January. Lawyers for the Trump Organization said they plan to appeal.

Donald Trump’s problems have increased! FBI raided ex-president’s house, know the whole thing

Trump’s company is not at risk of being dissolved because there is no mechanism under New York law to dissolve a company. However, a felony conviction may affect the ability to do business or obtain loans or contracts. This decision against Donald Trump’s companies comes at a time when they are already surrounded by many difficulties. In August, from his home and resort town of Mar-a-Lago (Mar-a-Lago), the US government retrieved numerous confidential documents kept with him during his presidential tenure. Among the 300 confidential documents recovered were also documents related to the CIA, the FBI and the National Security Agency.
