Washington. In June 2008, amid the strangeness of nuclear cooperation and the US-India strategic alliance, a Washington DC district court convicted Parthasarathy Sudarshan, CEO of an electronics company with offices in North Carolina South, Singapore and Bengaluru, to 35 months in prison. . Parthasarathy was accused of conspiring to illegally export 500 i960 microprocessors to aid in the development of Indian ballistic missiles, space launchers and fighter jets, including the Tejas.

According to a report by TOI, i960 chips were so cheap that they could be bought at any store. This incident happened as China was ridiculed for its equality with America. He easily circumvented US export restrictions. And America was calm in the midst of it all. But now it seems that Washington has finally woken up to the Chinese threat and its misplaced mistrust of India that has endured for generations.
