Elon Musk pledged to boost Twitter revenue, eased ban on political ads



San Francisco. The micro-blogging site Twitter has announced that it will relax its three-year ban on political ads. In fact, after buying this social media platform late last year, Elon Musk is trying to increase his income. This Twitter step is seen as part of that effort.

The social media company tweeted Tuesday night: “We are relaxing our advertising policy for targeted ads in the US.” The company said on its Twitter Safety account: “We also plan to expand political advertising, which we will allow in the coming weeks.”
