Meanwhile, Berlin Mayor Franziska Giphy reportedly said he was happy the accident happened so early in the morning when there was hardly anyone around. Broadcaster RBB quoted Jiffy as saying that if it hadn’t happened at 5.45am, but just an hour later, there would have been a possibility of terrible loss of life.
