The Asian news agency Nikkei Business Daily reported on Thursday that the Japanese Ministry of Defense is considering the deployment of hypersonic missiles by 2030. The Japanese Ministry of Defense is pushing for increased counterforce capabilities to counter the global security environment and threats from North Korea by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
