Massachusetts State Police said the 79-year-old pilot’s condition worsened when the plane landed. The Post quoted state police as saying, “During the crash, the plane made a hard landing off the runway. Due to which the left wing of the plane broke in half. However, officials did not name any of the people on the plane and said both were taken to hospital. After that, the pilot was rushed to hospital in Boston.

The Post quoted police as saying the passenger suffered no injuries and was discharged from a local hospital.
