Due to the decision of the Putin government, discontent is spreading among the Russian people.
Russia has issued instructions to journalists indicating the type of words to use in war news.

New Delhi. The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for months. Meanwhile, the Putin government must now deal with the discontent of the people of its own country. For this reason, the Russian administration has issued guidelines specifically for journalists regarding the use of words in war news. New guidelines are issued for journalists to avoid public discontent due to Ukraine’s war in Russia. In fact, according to the intelligence agencies of the Ukrainian Defense Department, journalists were instructed not to use certain words and to use certain words so that there would be no anger among ordinary people against the war in Russia.

According to the guidelines, instructions were also given not to use the word mobs, i.e. mobs for those demonstrating or protesting against the war in Russia. Also, the Russian manual calls on military leaders of Ukraine to use a term such as Western defenders of Kyiv. Apart from that, people who left Russia after the announcement of mobilization in Russia were asked to mock and use the words fugitive and traveler.

In fact, the main reason behind the new manuals and directories for journalists is that discontent about the war is growing in Russian society and the Russian administration is trying not to increase this discontent among the people with the use of words. Ukraine’s intelligence agency says Russian government propaganda is aimed at manipulating people, not solving the problem. Apart from this, efforts are also being made to act on a large scale against people in Russia, those who try to mobilize.
