Putin’s ‘private army’ stationed in Ukraine does all the dirty work – All About the Wagner Group

Strong points

The Russian billionaire businessman has made a big reveal about the Wagner Group.
An angry Russian businessman told Putin that the leader of the Wagner Group was nothing less than a minister.
A US intelligence report claimed that HIV victims are being recruited into the Wagner Group.

The bitter war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for more than 8 months. But so far, neither country has given up. Yet the whole world wonders how Ukraine, considered very weak compared to Russia, has been at war for so long. However, Russia also suffered heavy losses in this battle. At the same time, Putin has now made such a decision that together with the Russian people themselves, the army is also in a panic. According to the report, Putin had asked for help from the private army (Wegner group) after seeing the shortage of troops in the war with Ukraine.

In the same sequence, a billionaire businessman claimed that the head of the Wagner group now had as much political influence as a minister in the Kremlin. According to an article in The Guardian, Mikhail Khodorkovsky said the Wagner Group had as much access to Putin as official government officials. Wagner appeared in Ukraine in 2014 and is suspected by the West of doing the Kremlin’s “dirty work” in countries like Syria and the Central African Republic.

Putin’s personal army is active in Ukraine!
However, Russia has always denied this allegation. Currently, Wegner is active in Ukraine, Syria and some African countries. The group is alleged to be involved in a campaign of terrorism in Ukraine, including murder, rape, targeting infrastructure and planting explosives around nuclear facilities. However, the Wagner group does not officially exist.

Yevgeny Prigozhin’s dominance as ministers
The Shadow Force was founded by Yevgeny Prigozhin, a businessman associated with the Kremlin. Mikhail Khodorkovsky said Prigozhin had equal influence with other senior Kremlin ministers due to his personal relationship with the leader. “Prigozhin’s influence is almost equal to that of Russia’s defense minister or foreign minister,” he said. “Prigozhin was close enough to Putin that he was even allowed to sign a pardon from the president to allow him to admit criminals to prison ‘no matter how serious the crimes,'” he said.

Putin’s ‘private army’
Wagner’s people have been active in recent years in Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Central African Republic and Mali. Critics see it as a shadow force controlled by Russian President Vladimir Putin, used to promote Russian interests abroad by providing frontline fighters, trainers and advisers.

HIV victims are recruited at Wagner!
The United Nations, Western governments and aid groups have accused him of atrocities against civilians. Recently, reports citing British intelligence officials have suggested that the military company Ukraine is recruiting Russian prisoners of war with infectious diseases, including HIV and hepatitis C, for the war.
