Viral news: A shocking image has emerged from Brazil. A couple found the skeleton of a huge hand by the sea. The couple who discovered it claim it could be the hand of an alien. Leticia Gomes Santiago and Devanir Souza were shocked when they came across a strange skeletal hand on the sand at Ilha Comprida de São Paulo on November 20.

Seeing this strange hand, both of them were very scared. Later they both made a video of it, actually they both wanted to show the world how big it was compared to the human hand. Leticia said: ‘We think it’s not human because of the size and amount of bones. What could it be?

Since posting this video on Facebook, comments have been pouring in. One person said it might even be a dinosaur bone! Another user then suggested, “Take this to a biologist, as this is not normal.”

What are the scientists saying?
Marine biologist Eric Comin said the strange “hand” could be that of a cetacean. Including whales, dolphins and porpoises. Comin said testing would be needed to really know. The biologist said the cetacean died at sea about 18 months ago. Considering the size, Comin said the bones likely belonged to a dolphin. Dolphins are commonly found in this area.
