Kyiv. A Russian drone was shot down by the Ukrainian Air Defense Force in Odessa. The Russian army attacked Odessa with a suicide drone. Serhi Brachuk, spokesman for the military administration of Odessa oblast, said on the morning of September 25 that the administrative building in downtown Odessa had been attacked three times.
