According to the report, when the girl cut off all contact with Kawishigan, the boy felt betrayed. Significantly, Kawishigan filed two lawsuits in court, alleging “damage to his prominent reputation” and “trauma, depression and impact”.

Kawishigan also sought $22,000 in damages on the girl’s behalf for allegedly breaching an agreement to fix their relationship, according to the report.
